Information Disclosure
Information is collected from the user when accounts are created. This
information is required from all users due to the environment we have created.
All personal information is collected only for security and statistical
information, unless otherwise explicity agreed by the user when providing it.

Our signup process includes the collection of personally identifying information
such as full names, street addresses, contact addresses, and date of birth. No personally
identifying information will ever be given to a 3rd party without your explicit
consent, unless it is to a government investigative body, or unless we are
required to do so by law.
Any information we collect is held only as long as your account is active.
Accounts are automatically deleted after a period of 12 months of inactivity (unless
specifically requested not to be by the end user). All personal information
related to said account will also be deleted at this time.

Cookies
Certain features of the website require 'cookies' to work. These are small pieces of information
stored on your computer to help us provide certain functionality. A cookie is used when you login
to track your user session, and an additional cookie may be used if you check the 'Remember Me?' box to
remain permanantly logged in. We never store any personal information in the cookies which we use.

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (United States)
As of April 2000, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) became
effective. The regulations apply to the online collection of personal
information from children under the age of 13. Mobedia Solutions Ltd is very
sensitive to the issue of children's privacy and makes every effort to protect
the privacy of children using the Internet. We do not allow children under the age of 13 to
register an account with us.
Advertising Partners
Banner adverts may be displayed to users of this website. When delivering a banner the third
party advertising partner will have access to your IP address (this is neccessary to deliver the content
to you). The advertiser may also issue cookies to your computer, and use other technologies including JavaScript
and web beacons. These technologies are helpful in measuring campaign performance and delivering personalised content.
TizMe has no control over the cookies and other technology used by the advertising partner. However, no personal
information stored on TizMe is ever given to the advertiser without your consent.
